Oliver hospital emergency department closing again for start of June

After four closures in May, the emergency department at the South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver will be closed for 18 hours on June 1. Emergency services will be unavailable from 1 p.m. June 1 to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Interior Health announced.
