Sonic Live in Concert Announces Spokane Performance as Franchise Celebrates 35 Years
The tour will feature live musicians, vocalists and HD game footage as SEGA celebrates Sonic the Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary.
- SEGA and production company Senbla announced 'Sonic Live in Concert,' a tour celebrating the franchise's 35th anniversary, beginning September 20, 2026, in Washington and visiting more than 30 United States cities.
- Celebrating 35 years of the video game franchise, the show features music by legendary composers Jun Senoue and Tomoya Ohtani, with a live ensemble performing tracks from the 1991 original game to 2025 releases.
- Tickets go on general sale Friday at 10 a.m., with pre-sale opportunities beginning today, Thursday, at 10 a.m. Prices range from £35.25 to £74.25 through Ticketmaster.
- Following North American dates, the production travels to London on September 30 for a European premiere, returning to the United Kingdom in February 2027 for stops in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Manchester.
- Ollie Rosenblatt, CEO of Senbla, said, "We wanted to create a live show that stays true to what the fans love." The tour features synchronized HD footage of iconic levels and boss battles.
