The Privatization Administration's decisions regarding the sale of certain properties in Ankara and Istanbul have been published in the Official Gazette. Properties in Çankaya and Mamak districts will be sold for 155 million and 118.8 million Turkish Lira respectively, while the property in Kemerburgaz will be sold for 1.21 billion Turkish Lira.
President Erdoğan approved the tenders. In Kemerburgaz, a single tender was awarded for 1 billion 210 million.
