Somalia’s cabinet has sacked army chief General Odowa Yusuf Rage for the second time in four years, appointing Turkey-trained officer Ibrahim.
On Thursday, the Somali Council of Ministers held an extraordinary meeting in Mogadishu, presided over by Prime Minister Hon. Hamze Abdi Barre.
