Solon Community Band to celebrate 250 years of freedom with July 2 concert

SOLON, Ohio — Nearly 100 musicians and hundreds of audience members will help celebrate America’s 250th anniversary when the Solon Community Band returns to Solon Community Park on July 2 for an evening of patriotic music, military tributes and its signature paper-bag version of the “1812 Overture.”
