- Omnia employs more than 3,500 people and reported revenue of $1.41 billion for the most recent financial year, up from $1.25 billion in FY25 and $1.18 billion in FY24, with its BME segment providing blasting systems and explosives.
- Upon completion of the transaction, Omnia is expected to be delisted from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and A2X Markets, ending its status as a publicly traded entity.
- The acquisition is expected to close in early to mid-2027, subject to customary conditions precedent and competition approvals in relevant jurisdictions.
