Solana Beach approves 10% pay increase for city manager

The Solana Beach City Council approved a 10% pay increase for City Manager Alyssa Muto to $275,000 on July 2. The new contract, which is in effect indefinitely, also includes another 40 hours of management leave per year, an increase to the maximum vacation cash-out allowance to 120 hours per year, and a vehicle allowance of $600 per month.
