Springfield Finishes Sweep at Softball - Emerson College

BOSTON, Mass. (April 18, 2026) – Springfield College rallied for a 3-2 extra innings win in game two to finish off a doubleheader sweep of Emerson College in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) softball action at Lester Rotch Field this afternoon. The Pride opened the day with a 10-0 victory in five innings in game one.

Boston, Mass. – April 18, 2026 – The Springfield College softball team earned its 20th win of the season after sweeping Emerson College in a NEWMAC doubleheader on the road today. Not counting the COVID shortened seasons, Springfield has produced 20 or more wins in nine consecutive seasons.
