Softball: Errors haunt Paynesville Bulldogs in opener

ROSEVILLE — Staples-Motley took advantage of a young Paynesville team’s miscues to get a victory on Monday. Down 6-5 going into the bottom of the seventh inning, the Cardinals scored a pair of runs to secure a 7-6 come-from-behind softball victory at Reynolds Field on the University of Northwestern-St. Paul campus.
