Telmo Antunes was heard in Parliament today, by Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Laws, Freedoms and Warrantys, for the purpose of assessing the speciality of the draft legislation which seeks to strengthen the defence guarantees of property owners and to punish those who are illegally employed.
