TikTok has reached a settlement in a lawsuit related to social media addiction, narrowly avoiding a trial. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and the conclusion came just a week after Snap (owner of the Snapchat app) reached a similar settlement in the same case, The New York Times reports.
