Snowbirds to take final flight over Toronto before being grounded until 2030s
The Snowbirds will perform their final flight over Toronto at the Canadian International Air Show during Labour Day weekend in 2026 before being grounded until the 2030s.
The Snowbirds will stop flying their CT-114 Tutor jets after the 2026 season and switch to CT-157 Siskin II jets.
The Snowbirds have flown about 2,700 shows since 1971, becoming a key part of national events and celebrations.
Their final performance is planned for November 15, 2026, at the Grey Cup in Calgary.
