Snow plow driver accused in fatal hit-and-run crash

WEST HAZLETON – A snow plow driver is facing charges relating to a crash that led to the death of a West Hazleton man in December. West Hazleton Police charged Thomas Vercusky, 58, of Hazleton with felony homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury, and misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter among other charges.
