SNOW HILL, Md. – The Snow Hill Police Department has issued a traffic alert ahead of the Annual Oster Festival this weekend. The festival, scheduled to take place on Sunday, Mar. 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., will occur in the downtown area. As a result, parking restrictions will be in place starting Friday morning.
