EASTHAMPTON — After the winter storm disrupted bus routes this week, cancelling school for some school districts, the Easthampton Public School district said its bus company has a plan to avoid delays in the future.Michelle Balch, superintendent of the Easthampton Public Schools, took to Facebook Tuesday to announce to the school community that was cancelled due to “bus availability,” she said in a video message.
