SNCF: Notice of strike during Easter holidays and May bridges

The union denounces the deterioration of the working conditions of the controllers, in particular due to a new software constantly changing their schedule.

A strike notice was deposited by SUD Rail for the weekends from April 17 to June 2, covering the school holidays and the May bridges.

While SNCF management would not meet their requirements, the Sud Rail union, at the request of the national collective of controllers, filed a notice of strike for several weekends from April to June. SNCF Voyageurs states that "not all notices lead to consequences".

"There is a notice to which we are, like all the notice, extremely attentive," it is said on the side of the company, claiming to be "in the dialogue phase" with the unions.

According to information from our colleagues in Paris, SNCF controllers are threatening to strike over a period from 17 April to 2 June.
