Officers said smoking cannabis is not a 'victimless crime' after multiple reports were made.
Celje police officers seized more than 500 cannabis plants during a house search of a building in the Štor area. They also seized numerous tools for growing under artificial conditions and just under 100 grams of dried cannabis. The two men were also suspected of stealing electricity.
