Smoker Wars contributes $40,000 – Brooks Bulletin

SANDRA M STANWAYBrooks Bulletin Smoker wars committee members handed out funds to community organizations in Brooks last week.The annual event is a friendly BBQ competition that is held to raise money for the community. This year’s contributions were $40,000 with funds raised donated to 4-H, Rolling Hills for its Ag School, Newell Integrated Child Care Society and Aarit Hok Pediatric.
