High-Risk Offender Warning Issued in Smiths Falls

Smiths Falls Police Service has issued a public warning about a high-risk violent sex offender who has recently been seen in the community. Police said Aaron Gilpin, 35, who has no fixed address, has been seen in the parks and gazebo area in Smiths Falls and has also been trespassed from a local Tim Hortons.
