Smashed hands and shattered windows: Afula resident violently attacks a pair of brothers over a financial debt

An indictment was filed with the court following a police investigation that began 3 weeks ago, when the police hotline received a report of violence and the smashing of a car under a residential building in Afula. When the police arrived at the scene, it became clear that Itamar Ali, a resident of the city, 28 years old, had come to the home of a brother and sister whom he attacked, in order to collect a financial debt.
