BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Slow drivers in the left lane are one step closer to facing higher fines after a bill passed in the Louisiana Legislature. Senate Bill 11, authored by Sen. Jay Luneau (D-Alexandria), is now Act 24 after Gov. Jeff Landry's signature on June 4.
