The Nordic combined event at the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics was also held without the participation of female combined athletes. Only male combined athletes competed on the ski jumps in Predazzo and the cross-country track in Tesero. Slovenians Vid Vrhovnik and Gašper Brecl did not meet their main goal of placing in the top 20, but Vrhovnik improved his best result in his third Games.

The jumping part of the team sprint on the large ski jump is scheduled for 10 am, and the running part of the 2 x 7.5 kilometer race is scheduled for 2 pm.
