CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A man accused of fleeing to South Carolina after allegedly killing an 18-year-old in a hit-and-run has been arrested, according to South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). 25-year-old Tyzhaun Carney was arrested on June 2 and was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
