CHESTERFILD, S.C. – A South Carolina man is facing charges after law enforcement says he tampered with lottery tickets. 55-year-old James Gaskins’ charges include Attempt to Influence Game by Coercion, and Tampering. According to an arrest warrant, while working at the Flash Market on West Main Street in Chesterfield, Gaskins opened opened 20 packs of un-activated scratch-offs and scratched tickets to find winners.
