Slate Valley Baptist Church Celebrates 150 Years

The congregation of Slate Valley Baptist Church invites the community to join them in celebrating the church’s 150th anniversary this Sunday, July 26. Anniversary services will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a reception at 3 p.m. Originally located in rural Oxford, the church was organized on July 30, 1876, by Elder James Hopkins.
