SkyBridge Arizona to Break Ground on New Hotel Development, Expanding the East Valley's Premier Aviation and Commerce Destination
The hotel adds hospitality to a campus that has already delivered more than 800,000 square feet of leased space, company officials said.
- The April 13 ceremony marked the groundbreaking for the first on-campus hotel at SkyBridge Mesa, located off PeakAir Circle in the Southwest.
- This hospitality addition expands a development that has already delivered more than 800,000 square feet of leased aeronautical and industrial space, reflecting a long-term vision for the East Valley aviation corridor.
- "Mesa is positioned at the center of one of the most dynamic growth corridors," said Ariel Picker, CEO of SkyBridge Arizona, noting industry leaders need world-class infrastructure to complete the ecosystem.
- Upon completion, the campus will encompass up to 2.2 million square feet of aeronautical space, 2 million square feet of industrial product, and 270,000 square feet of commercial development.
- "This project is a catalyst for new jobs, economic prosperity, better connectivity, and enduring value for the community," said Alan Picker, Director of Business Development at SkyBridge Arizona, thanking the City of Mesa and the State of Arizona.
