In a case decided last month (EC, 8 October 2025, No 496114, referred to in the tables in the Reports), the Council of State considered the decision by which the Minister for Environmental Transition had reprimanded an undertaking a year ago for failing to comply with the Energy Saving Certificates (EEC) scheme, which, as a delegate of energy saving obligations to so-called "compulsory" actors, carried out and financed work.
Published this Tuesday, November 4 in the Official Journal, a decree confirms the framework of Energy Saving Certificates (EEC) for the sixth period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030. The volume of bonds is increasing.
