Sixth Circuit Court has new presiding judge

UMATILLA & MORROW COUNTIES – The Sixth Circuit Court, serving Morrow and Umatilla counties, has a new presiding judge. Judge Eva Temple has taken the reins from Judge Dan Hill, who has presided over the court for several years including facing the challenges posed to the justice system by the pandemic.
