The province’s Special Investigations Unit is investigating after Brantford Police discharged an Anti-Riot Weapon ENfield, or ARWEN, during the arrest of a 41-year-old man. It happened on July 1, when police responded to reports of a man threatening people with a knife at a gas station on Henry Street.
