Police watchdog releases more details on man's death in RCMP custody near Kipling, Sask.
The 58-year-old man had been described as 'intoxicated and belligerent,' and said he was short of breath before he was put in the back of a police cruiser and became unresponsive, SIRT says. He was later declared dead at the scene.
