CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Wyoming Transportation Commission awarded 10 contracts totaling roughly $50 million for construction projects during its regular April meeting. Cheyenne-based Simon Contractors secured two of the largest contracts. The commission awarded the company $10.2 million to reconstruct Dell Range, Whitney Road and U.S. Highway 30 in Laramie County.
