A Silver Alert was in effect Wednesday for an 81-year-old woman who was last seen in Lake Elsinore and who authorities say has been missing for over a year. Joyanna Shaw was last seen June 8, 2024, at approximately 8:30 a.m. near Villa Valtelena and Via De La Valle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
