Over the next two weeks, around 2000 military personnel will be involved in the exercise, and the Bundeswehr will be involved with fighter jets capable of transporting US nuclear bombs stationed in Europe.
No live ammunition or nuclear weapons will be used during the exercise, the goal is preparedness and a demonstration of force.
NATO will start its annual nuclear decommissioning exercise "Stedfast Noon", which will take part in approximately 2,000 military and over 70 aircraft, inform Dpa, reading of the sources of the defence organisation with its seat in Brussels.
