HBO has released Rooster, a sitcom starring Steve Carell as a slightly childish 60-year-old writer who lectures at a liberal college. This is a topical and at the same time extremely good comedy, which is not surprising, because one of the creators is Bill Lawrence, producer of “The Clinic”, “Ted Lasso” and “Therapy”.
