Shooting suspect behind bars after 16-day manhunt - Sequoyah County Times

Todd A. Smith, the man law enforcement authorities believe was involved in the July 27 physical altercation that resulted in gunplay and the wounding of one of the combatants, remains in the Sequoyah County Jail after agents with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the U.S. Marshals Service apprehended ending a tense 16-day manhunt.
