NPFL: Shooting Stars Overcome Rivers United 2-1 in Ibadan

Qamar Adegoke's stoppage-time goal secured Shooting Stars' sixth-place rise, ending Rivers United's unbeaten run and extending their home unbeaten streak to 12 games.

Sodiq Ibrahim and Qamar Adegoke were on target as Shooting Stars defeated Rivers United 2-1 in a rescheduled Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday 28 tie at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasinga, Ibadan on Thursday night.
