Neighbors reported hearing about 15 shots during the attack, some of which also hit other vehicles parked in the area.
Three people, including a 17-year-old teenager, were injured after a fierce shooting attack in the human settlement of Costa Azul de Ventanilla. Victims recover in the court hospital following the attack attributed to extortioners by neighbors, although an accounting is not ruled out.
The neighbors told RPP that up to 15 shots were heard, which also impacted other vehicles parked in the area.
