Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal addressed his partners, including the Czech Republic, at the 32nd Ramstein format meeting, proposing to allocate at least 0.25% of their GDP for Ukraine's defense needs. He also expressed gratitude for the support in 2025, which was reportedly a record in terms of aid. Shmyhal said this today on his Telegram social network, Radio NV reported.
