The volcano Shivevod, which is exploding on Kamchatka, threw a pole of ash up to 8.6 km high on Saturday morning at the volcano itself, 3.2 km high, reports the Kamchatsk Vulcan Explosion Observation Group (KVERT) of the Institute of Volcanology and Seismology of the Far East Office of the RAN. "The plume is spreading westward from the volcano, deep into the peninsula," says the report.
Vulcan Shivevos threw a pole of ash up to 8.6 km on the morning of September 26th, a small amount of ash fell out in several localities of Kamchatka, as reported by the MES with reference to the Kamchatsk Response Group to the volcanic eruptions of KVERT.
