If a glacial lake collapses in Nepal, India's Bihar, along with Gaurbang and Murshidabad, could be submerged. According to a source of researchers, a joint report by the International Center for Integrated Mountain Development and the United Nations Development Program in 2020 on the vulnerable lakes in high mountains identified 47 lakes in the Himalayan region as dangerous.
