- Non-Institutional investors subscribed 1.66 times their portion, while The Qualified Institutional Buyers quota reached 7 per cent booking. Retail investors emerged as the strongest contributors, with their portion subscribed 4.20 times.
- Shiprocket IPO GMP is around Rs 35 today, suggesting a 36.08 per cent potential listing premium. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and may change before shares list on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026.
- Nearly Rs 210 crore from the fresh issue will support debt repayment, while Rs 294 crore has been earmarked for marketing and brand building. Another Rs 211 crore will strengthen technology infrastructure and capabilities.
