Sheryl Crow to perform National Anthem at Mizzou's season opener
The Missouri native and Mizzou alum will mark the first game in the renovated stadium, where the Tigers open against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
- On Thursday, September 3, 2026, nine-time Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Sheryl Crow will perform the national anthem at the Mizzou Tigers' season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Memorial Stadium.
- The "Kickoff in CoMo" game marks the first event in Memorial Stadium following a $250-million renovation, which added premium seating and connected the north concourse to the east and west stands.
- Mizzou Deputy Director of Athletics and Chief of External Operations Eric Morrison called the Missouri native an "outstanding ambassador" for the university, where she earned a music education degree in 1984.
- The game will air live on SEC Network at 7 p.m., while Missouri offers four tickets for $80 and secondary market options start at $28 on Stubhub.
- With a career spanning more than three decades, Crow has earned nine Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2023.
