Hyampom Rd is closed from Highway 3 to Highland Dr. Shelter-in-place was ordered this morning near the Hayfork Fire Department after an 80-pound lithium-ion battery caught fire. Officials say hazardous runoff from firefighting efforts is expected to impact Hayfork Creek. Source
