Shelter hoping 2 dogs who lost owner can be adopted together

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A local shelter is hoping to find a new home for a bonded pair of dogs whose owner recently passed away. Bones and Mando are currently under the care of the Healthy Hearts and Paws Project. Founder Jason Cooke says Bones is deaf and appears to rely on Mando for cues. The dogs are believed to be between 3 and 5 years old. They're both fully vetted, up-to-date on their vaccines and house-broken. "They're just really nice dogs…
