Energy giant Shell's contribution to the Dutch economy has declined. According to a new report from Oxford Economics, all of the oil and gas company's activities generated approximately €8 billion for the economy last year, compared to €10.5 billion two years earlier. Shell is urging the government to implement a clear industrial policy.
