Eliška Šupková comes from Štramberk in Moravia, but today her life smells of freshly baked bread in Mariánské Lázně, where she and her family run a small family bakery, Pekařství od Elišky. However, the path to her own business began long before that – in the moments spent at home with her family, where weekend after weekend the smell of rolls and especially Moravian cakes, which her grandmother would not allow, filled the air.
