- The development will feature nine studio, 82 one-bedroom, eight two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom homes, with occupancies requiring one-year leases and monthly rents starting at $1,500 for studios and reaching $3,500 for three-bedroom units.
- Basecamp is managing construction directly rather than hiring a general contractor to maintain quality, creating 100 to 150 trade jobs while prioritizing local and regional contractors and tradespeople.
- A groundbreaking ceremony for community partners will occur in early August, with construction expected to last one-and-a-half years, as The City of Revelstoke has partnered to address the town's growing housing needs.
