Seymour Teen Charged With Animal Cruelty

A 19-year old Seymour man has been charged with animal cruelty after he abandoned a cat in a cage at a campsite along the White River at Rockford. On Saturday, Feb. 7, Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Settle was dispatched to the Rockford Bridge north of Seymour on the report of animal cruelty.
