Seymour offering help sprucing up city during April

The city of Seymour is offering some spring cleaning opportunities to declutter your home and yard in April. According to the mayor’s office, Jackson County Recycles and Seymour Department of Public Works will be offering a tire amnesty day on Saturday, April 4th.
