Active conditions are expected later this afternoon and into tonight, as a potential severe weather event escalates. We are monitoring an enhanced risk of severe storms for much of the area, mainly from late this afternoon through the overnight hours.

Severe Weather Threat Looms

Severe thunderstorms are forecast for this afternoon and evening across our region, bringing the potential for significantly large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. Heavy rain and localized flooding are also possible from this afternoon into Wednesday morning.
